- To sign into your Global Academy Support Portal head to support.globalacademy.com, use the useful links tab or press login on the top right of the page
- Once presented with the login screen please choose 'Are you a Customer? Login Here' at the bottom.
- Make sure you press 'Are You a Customer? Log In Here'. Do Not try using the login form as it won't work
- You will be redirected to your Global Academy email sign-on page. Sign in to this as you normally would your email.
- You will then see the homepage, you can access Browse Articles, View Tickets or Submit a Ticket
