How to I know if my issue is IT or Media?

IT Issues

Generally, IT Issues are anything outside of studios and specialist equipment. 

From password resets, computer issues, and WiFi issues, to, ID Access Cards, Accounts, and more!


Media Issues

Generally, Media Issues are anything inside of studios and specialist equipment.

From photos and videos being put on the screens, headphones not working, and cameras not focusing, to, Studios not recording, support with setting up interviews and more!
